Will I Get A 221G Email If My NBI Is A Multi-Purpose Clearance And Has No AKA?

I have read on older forums that if you submit your NBI clearance without AKAs on it (especially if you are annulled) during your interview at USEM, you’ll get a 221g mail. So I renewed my NBI few days ago and made sure I filled out the part where they’re asking for AKA or other names used. NBI are now releasing multi-purpose clearances so there’s no option for travel purposes too. I received my NBI and my AKA doesnt appear on it. Should I apply for another renewal? Is anyone here who got the same issue with their multi-purpose NBIs but didnt have a problem during the interview or get a 221g? TIA for your replies.

All NBIs are multi purpose now, they started this last year.  https://www.nbiclearances.com/nbi-issues-multi-purpose-clearance/

There s no mention of your "other names" on the NBI?

On the paper there’s none. Not even a nickname.

As you know the embassy asks for an AKA for all names used.  Not sure what NBI is doing considering you listed your previous name used,  you may want to follow up on this with NBI

The online application requests the application purpose (“Local or Abroad) and purpose detail (local job application, visa application etc.) should also be specified. If you filled it out at the NBI office then the application may have been different. AKA's are required to be search.

That is not the official NBI website.  Plus as of Oct last year NBI issues a multi-purpose report

 My intent was to give her the page for what is required or what answers they are looking for when filing out the application. Not the actual page to begin the application.

I am wondering if I should still fill out the Husband Surname section even if Im already annulled. As Im sure I did fill out aka section with my married name but as I said earlier they didnt make it appear on my paper. I guess best thing is to really call NBI. Thank you @hank_

And my other point is there is only one NBI issued now .. purpose is a moot point.

I think that website you linked is a private website.

I assumed you put down your previous married name under AKA section? I would think full name makes sense for an example Doe Mae SMITH instead only SMITH if that's correct, Raine/Chad? I will be doing this next week and yea it changed from green to blue..... travel abroad to multi purpose whatever.... LOL
