Hello Folks: Few quick questions here--

1. Do I need to provide the text communication histories with my ex-spouse? If so, then how many? Or I need to provide entire 1 yr 11  months communication? I just don't want to open all those dead chats; they make me feel bad or like remind me all our memories. Is it really required to provide chat histories?

**I am providing some good evidences like lease, utilities, phones, cars, insurance, tax, bank accounts etc. I added some communication which shows how the relation started breaking down.  Also added marriage counselors statements and records. I really don't know how much they will read if I send USCIS our entire chat histories! It is a lot to be honest; more than few hundred pages.

2. I can prove my marriage and my love; but in case if they say I need to go back to my country since I am not married to her any more no matter of how much we loved each other - In that case, Can I go back to my previous visa? I came here on student visa :(  Just trying to know.

An update regarding my filing experience- If you know what documents and what can prove a real relation, if you have all those then you never need a lawyer. Just sign the form, organize the papers and write a nice affidavit about the whole relation. How you met and when to how you fell apart and when. I believe they can at least realize what is true or what is fake. If you are real just don't look for lawyers. They just ask you to sign the forms and fill the forms; then they organize a nice cover letter(you can prepare it better) and your provided documents, then they send. I am regretting to hire a lawyer out of my tensions- but to be honest: We can do it by ourselves better. I just recently learned one thing- You better know what it was; So you are the best person to fight if it was right!

1 and 2. No.

You can apply again for a student visa but you can just switch back to your old one.
