Mostly thru honest citizens, I would imagine.  But also, the police may be able to access gun registry data they the NCIS or FBI (not sure if this is possible, or legal).

They passed this based on features. So all you have to do is remove a "feature" from the rifle while its stored in the village  lol. They weren't the sharpest lol.

I saw a phrase today that I agree with, just wish everyone could grasp the logic behind it.

”There are hundreds of millions of gun owners in this country, and not a single one will have an accident today.  The only misuse of guns comes in environments where there are drugs, alcohol, bad parents, and undisciplined children.  Period.”

IIRC from a previous thread, wouldn't people who need the banned weapons just start a new village?

genius idea, housing communities with Gun Ownership built into the covenant.

Accidents are human nature.  The issue is that gun accidents tend to effect way more damage than, say, spoon accidents.  Hence we don't see the need to regulate the right of the people to keep and bear spoons.

How about knives?  Seems to be a lot of knife accidents happening now days, particularly in the UK.
