I remember something happening near my Parents, think it was a road accident, they tied flowers to the tree, went on for years and years.

 

People who lived there were pissed with all the trash, all wrapped in plastic, never took the ####### away. They put a bench there to try and appease, did not work. 

 

Not sure what happened or if it is still an issue. Not sure how it translates to the US, think white trash/rednecks but usually with a fair amount of illegally obtained money.

Do we know that he was actually arrested? I know we use that word a lot but can't police bring people in and  "detain" them, which is different from arresting? Doesn't look like any charges were ever filed.

How you can tell when someone hasn’t read the OP.

i had a chat and yes these shrines seem more common and not sure the one I remember is still an issue .

Just what I keep saying - there is no accountability in this world. I see it daily in our business and I will post something in a bit about yet another customer in the wrong(whoever said the customer is always right must have been high that day) but yet blaming the whole world instead of themselves. Zero taking responsibility for your own actions, zero accountability, instead of this family realizing their family member did something wrong, they want to go after the person who defended themselves. The insanity.
