Sort of.  CFO contracted with St. Mary's and with PRISM to complete the seminars.

The core reason for CFO in the beginning was to stop human trafficking   much of what they do now is far from that and like said is more like bullying at times.

And I will repeat one more time .. CFO will target the meek, timid and shy.   One needs to approach CFO with confidence looking the person in the eyes when speaking, along with being self-assured.    <<  this is the core of the majority of whining about CFO.

No nuns at PRISM, that is St. Mary's

So TRUE!!!!

24 yr difference and she is of legal age without needing parental involvement.  Seminar is complete but no certificate.  3 visits to CFO already.  These people are Stalanists!

You quoted me from two months ago. No idea what I said. What???

You know a round trip ticket for an 'vacation' to Hong Kong is relative cheap. Once in Hong Kong they won't need an immigrantion CFO to leave for USA ;)

Won't get out of the airport.   No CFO sticker .. no exit.

That was PRISM in which you are referring to and it was ran by nuns.

St. Marys was ran by nuns, we did CFO there back in 2008. It was very close to the MRT (Train above ground) in Manila.   PRISM was giving people a hard time per reports on VJ back then.

We were also dealing with Document Verification as well.  The USEM was using Delbros as the visa deliver service, so after you had your interview and brought all your paperwork.  BC, CENOMAR, etc you signed a piece of paper which allowed Delbros to request the same information you brought to the interview and it was sent to the USEM so the could verify you had authentic supporting documents.

At the time almost everyone was going into AP for about month on average after interview before they would release the visa for delivery.

We (VJ people) blew up the phone of Robbie who was at the time contact person for Delbros, I was calling like 30 times per day myself, after a short while the document verification was no taken off the table and the failed experiment was over with, and soon so was Delbros as the visa delivery service for the USEM.

It was a sweet victory, We went thru about 40 days of being in Administrative Process, I had flown to PI to fly back with my girl, but thanks to Document Verification BS I had to return alone and wait almost 2 months before my girl could arrive.

Just when you think you have TDS eradicate,  a new case shows up.

I'm seriously curious if this would work. Tbh, I don't think it will.. it's not as if CFO officials are unaware of these forums.

It won't.   Once the visa is in the passport, if there is not a CFO sticker they will be turned away at the airport.

Quite often there are Filipinas at the seminar that were turned away at the airport for lack of a CFO sticker.

It doesn't take much to get the same idea and try to circumvent CFO by going to HK or SG then to the US.. and yet you don't hear from 20, 30 posters reporting that they were able to escape CFO by going this route.

This B-S of side-stepping the CFO sticker by going to HK or SG is as old as the CFO sticker requirement itself.     If I had a dollar for every time someone pops on here with this "brilliant" idea I could afford to not buy a iphone  :)

It's simple.   Charter a private jet to Taiwan, HK or Brunei.  With the money paid to the private charter company there is an inside track to getting an immigration stamp.   Just make it a condition of hiring them.   Problem solved.  We may do this I'm not kidding.  I've been speaking with someone who knows immigration people personally.  Gotta play the game!

I would just go to another location for CFO, that is the way I would play the game.

If you get caught, it's probably permanent ban. No more games after that.
