Check the timelines for the averages on NOA1s - usually around 10 or 11 days. if you have online banking, watch for the check to be cashed.

As for your evidence, if you've mailed it off, why not just put it out of your mind. You can't fix anything anyway even if there were a problem. So relax, you have a long wait ahead. If you missed something, they'll let you know. But RFEs don't seem to add *Too* much time to the process.

If you want more to compare to, check the RFE thread.

Otherwise DON'T WORRY - it won't do any good anyway at this point.

Its case to case basis...some got it early...some dont have it yet...just like us huhuhuhu....though some also said that its not really needed as long as they cashed your check..and have the receipt number on the check which starts with 3 letters. Register an account at USCIS website and there you can track your application....they send us the notice last April 24 and until now NO NOA1 !!!!!! :crying: ..We sent it express mail and after 2 days they received it....they will send back to you the request noticed that you signed if you have one, after the service center receive your packet.

You have already sent your evidence. If they need more they will ask for it. For now just sit back and see waht happens. It will be a few months.

you are right.. i was reading the RFE thread and it had been mentioned. i know there is no point of doing this...im going to stop now

I'm hoping that I don't need boarding passes myself and we didn't realise we needed to keep them. I also sent itineraries, passport stamps, photo's and some bank statements showing cashpoint transactions in the US. I didn't find this site until after we had visited a few times and so didn't realise which bits I needed to keep.

17th March 2010 - Started the removal of conditions process

We also didn't add them and we haven't received an RFE yet. However, if everything works out as planned we should get NOA2 in the next 3 weeks (or an RFE...). So just to be sure I sent copies of the few boarding passes that I still have for my flight back home to my girlfriend. Unfortunately we threw away those for my flight to her. However, we included a copy of the bill for the ticket, hope that's enough...
