AOS - Forms

Am I right in saying I need to send the AOS - I-485, EAD - I-765 and AP I-131 after entering on a K1 visa?

the EAD will allow me to work before my green card comes through? (how long does this take)

the AP allows me to temp leave the country (it states I need a specific date that I plan to travel, do I need to include one, I don't have a specific date yet)

Yes, after you marry of course. You pay the AOS fees and get the EAD and AP at no additional charge when submitted with AOS. Organize as three separate applications, checking the rules and required documentation by reading the form instructions. Some things may be duplicated in each application. 

 

I don't follow times, but maybe at least four months to get EAD/AP.

As a K1, your AP request does not have to be a specific date to get approved.
