I became a citizen last month and now I want to bring my daughters  to leave with me, they are 15 and 11 years old, normally they come to spend their summer vacations with me and I want to keep them form then and on this year, i probably need their birth certificates, vaccination card, transcripts from school, and my question is if I need full custody or share custody from their father? Am I missing something else?

You would need legal consent from the father to move them out of their home country if he has shared custody.

You also need to file immigrant visa petitions for them.  They cannot come on their tourist visas and just stay.  That will not happen by this summer.

Check with a lawyer but I think any child under 18 becomes a US citizen also when a parent becomes US citizen, they will have to immigrate as a resident then when they are in your custody they could become US citizens via N600 is a different process, but read the instructions on I-130 and N-600 they will tell you better than I could. P.S yeah you would have to have legal consent from the father for them to immigrate out of Honduras dough. As far as legal custody goes check with a lawyer but an experienced one, I had so many experiences with inexperienced recent graduated lawyers that still do not understand laws and need more time and study to research and most cases we as the subject tend to get better researches for our cases.

Because they weren't LPR's when she became a citizen they aren't yet.  She needs to file an I 130 to get them there with resident status and as soon as they arrive with that they will become citizens ( assuming they are under 18 at that time )

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.

Adding to the above as part of filing immigrant visa petitions for them, just bringing their vaccination cards won’t be enough, they’ll have to have a proper immigrant medical done. Be sure to keep the vaccination worksheets the panel doctor does for them as that will be what the schools use to check off against vaccination requirements.
