The HTML fuction is limited. I thought I had it.

Thanks. I'm sure everyone would love to post media.

Links are fine. If everyone posted media the site would get damn messy, IMO. Immigration topics rarely have a need for media....

True and it often makes the pages take forever to load. I love the speed of this site and I do not think a whole bunch of media will be beneficial here.

triple agreed...and as D's said.. there really is no logical reason why we'd NEED this feature..

Embedded is server side processing, not client side processing. Loading time is based on user's hardware, not the IP.Board's hardware. Doesn't matter. I thought it was a good idea.

Wasn't directed toward me, but it seems rude to make a personal statement toward someone's opinion of a good idea as you did ..

don't like an idea? state why you think it is not a good idea and back it up with factual data, but please refrain from the personal attacks , intimidating others by questioning their intelligence would surely discourage other posters from making suggestions ..

It wasn't a good idea, and that's my opinion. How that turns into a 'personal attack' or 'intimidation' is anyone's guess.
