Yes, already doing that . I searched google too but couldn't find anything. So thought of taking suggestions from here.

Where are you in the process ??

NOA1 September 22 2017, NOA2 March 30th (email April 2). Case is at NVC, no case# yet. I called yesterday and the agent asked me which country I was calling from . I said Canada and she explained the Montreal cases are all being changed over to electronic (something along those lines). She was very nice and said I can keep calling. If they are scanning every single page of our petition/evidence.... Oh my! I feel sorry for whoever was burdened with that task. We've been together for 7 years so it's a pretty hefty binder! 😂

A little confused and would like to clarify something.  I now have my case number from the NVC.  It comes up invalid when checking the status on the CEAC website under the 'Non Immigrant Check My Visa Application Status' but it works when I put it under the "Immigrant Check My Visa Application Status' part.

But we still fill out the DS-160 form, even though that's for nonimmigrant visas??

this is waiting for NVC number and after noa2 area for April noa2 receivers. There is possibly more activity in monthly topics hence more ideas rolling around.

On suggestions part: on iPhones they show up in recent call history and I’m screenshotting two or three per month to show dates with names.

Yes and yes. Yes it should show up with immigrant, and yes still you will do ds-160.

it is non-immigrant visa so it’s a ds-160

but it is with immigrant intend hence mostly processed as if it is an immigrant case.

good luck!

Good morning! Finally at this step of the process. I am confused is this a NIV or an IV. Because I got my NOA 4/19, so I called NVC 4/30 and the automatic machine gives two numbers to call. I called the NIV line but Jane said my petition has not been received that it takes 6 wks.. Really?! I ve seen members who have it 8 days in or 20 days after NOA2-NVC. So idk another long wait! And the expiration on the petition is August does it entitle having the K1 by then or marriage and all.. Helpppppp ty 🤗

Follow this and don't worry about which one it is, it is NIV but with IV intent so it is processed similarly.

it takes "up to" 6 weeks (usually won't, give it average 2-3 weeks)

then they will say it takes another 8 weeks for a number to be assigned... (say ok sure. that usually takes depending on your case being electronic or not, can be the same day or 1-2 week later)

Interview should be before expiration (however this also can be extended by contacting the embassy)

My fiance's medical was originally scheduled for May 12th but after calling every day to check for cancellations, we were finally able to get him in tomorrow!  Yay!  At the very least, this sooner appointment gives us more of a buffer to ensure the medical arrives at the London Embassy in time for the interview as the medical group that does them here has often been known to take their sweet time sending everything over.  <_< But we're tempted to move his interview up as well, by at least a couple of days.  Oh, the temptation!

JJ, @Naes  @Mr & Mr and all others : I was searching softwares for downloading Facetime audio/video calls.

Found one - iExplorer - although it is a paid software you don't need to buy .

You need to have a itunes back up of your iphone on computer. I used that and got some history of my facetime calls . You will need to take screenshots instead of paying.
