I love noa2 wait ones even more! Because I mean we had 6+ months to read...

Starting from; "I got my noa2 what do I do now?"

I understand the questions start with "I researched but I couldn't find it."

I loveee the answer "Ain't nobody got time for that" on reading a few pages as they are asking to people who used same time to actually find those answers....

I am ok with answering, I have no problem but still...makes me wonder..

I am a new user please i would like to ask how you went about your ds160 form. I am stuck at the immediate relative part. Should i include my fiancee as an immediate family or should i say no. Anyone who has visa has been approved can also give me some insight. K1 beneficiary

Fiancé is included as immediate family, when you chose it it will show fiance as a choice.

I did mine from this site; https://ceac.state.gov/ceac/

there should be a link to it from your embassy’s site also.

Here are two primers on how to complete the DS-160. They are not Embassy specific so ignore the title.

Do you have a link that goes into detail about what supporting documentation is sufficient for the I134 specifically for Montreal?

I found the PDF for Montreal on Travel.State.Gov (which the links don't work of course on the PDF) and of course the Montreal checklist on the consulate website (which is archaic btw) but nothing really goes into detail.

Any suggestions @J❤️J?

Maybe this can help.

Thank you but no I have that already. It just says I134 and "supporting dicuments".

What I was looking for is a information sheet that goes question by question for the I134 for specifically Montreal so that I know what "supporting" documents I will need for his application. There is no way i can leave him to retrieve any of it on his own and have him mail it to me so I have to do it there when I visit him.

Was anyone in the Mtl forum able to answer? I'm sure someone would know in there for sure. If not, you could always get copies of all the examples of supporting documents for I134 while you are in the US and then tailor it to Mtl specific. Might be a bit of extra work but at least no sending anything by mail 😊

I've just recently been scouring the Montreal forum.

That's a thought though too. So much for visiting and looking for a wedding dress lol. Thank you for your advice. It's much appreciated!

The supporting documents are the same no matter which Embassy you are interviewing at. Here is what is asked as evidenced on the Travel State Gov website found here:
