Take a screenshot on your phone

😆😆😆😆 and you think I didn't, lol.

I take about 10 screen shots a day about important posts. I've even started to make memos with them so I can title the most important ones and so they don't get lost in the 1000's of screen shots I already have. I had to get extra memory for my 64gb phone which contains no music/videos at all. It's all photos and documents for this stupid process.

@Naes did you book your appointment before you got packet 3 from the embassy or after?

I wouldn’t follow my footsteps... I did it way before, waaaay before. With the possibility of embassy cancelling it, and risking the mrv fee and everything.

And you wonder why it irks me when ppl don't bother to either do a simple Google search or care less to READ FROM start to finish or FOLLOW a thread that is EXTREMELY important to their own process?

Lazy ppl/instant gratification with no effort is a sin.

My fiancé would be like that tho.. I know when frustration hits we stop trying to even understand why people don’t do things our way.

but in reality everyone is soooo different. My best friend drives me crazy cause she wouldn’t touch anything till last moment. So I’m thinking maybe that’s her safe space for sanity, and this is just how I handle it.

It only frustrates me (a lot) when the answer is right above the post...like yep this was the time I went “seriously? SERIOUSLY??” 😁

What ppl don't understand is that there are devout followers on here.

Yes everybody who reads this post: I get your post at 1am in the morning because you live in Timbucktoo and I live in Timbucktow. My phone rings. I READ your post half asleep. So if somebody answered your question two freaking hours ago and you failed to get caught up on the thread, you HAVE awoken Satan himself.

And @Naes, I'm going to quote your "seriously" from now on. And PURPOSEFULLY give a blasphemy answer to the question. 🤣

Normally you should send copies of everything for USCIS and original for the interview. Once the CO sees the originals at the interview and is satisfied with their authenticity they'll return the originals back to the beneficiary.

Check your requirements in the document requirements for your Embassy.

I use Microsoft's OneNote. Because I answer the same question over and over so I just cut and paste. If someone answers a question with the links I will save those too. Then when I need to find the subject I can search OneNote. I can access OneNote from any of devices. Its all there.

I could hug your answer.  You said it right. I couldn't agree more.

My favorite :bonk:so far are:

1. What number do I call to get my case number?

2. When will my case number be assigned?

3. Is it true it will take 8 weeks?

4. How long will it take to get to my Embassy?

5. I have my case number yippie. What do I do now/next?

6. Does anybody know (then the question which more times or not is about their Embassy). Funny their asking a bunch of ppl who are trying to get their arms wrapped around their Embassy requirements and they are asking about their requirements. That one kills me. :jest:  Like your going to know their requirements.

Trust me I do too. My Memo app is used to the fullest for my own knowledge and to retain important topics that don't even pertain to me.

Sometimes it's hard to even consider giving someone help though if they havent tried in the slightest to help themselves. And don't get me wrong, if you knew me in real life you'd know I'm a highly empathetic person (which is why I have the utmost respect for the "helpers" in this group) but many ppl in here who are not even first time posters assume that everyone will do the work for them ie. Not do their own research or bother to follow the thread so they have current info.

It's frustrating and lately I have just been scrolling by repetitive posts (as suggested by others) and hoping that others will do the same so that ppl will learn that this is an elaborate process and not all of the answers will come easy if they don't help themselves.

I love noa2 wait ones even more! Because I mean we had 6+ months to read...

Starting from; "I got my noa2 what do I do now?"

I understand the questions start with "I researched but I couldn't find it."

I loveee the answer "Ain't nobody got time for that" on reading a few pages as they are asking to people who used same time to actually find those answers....

I am ok with answering, I have no problem but still...makes me wonder..
