Hello ,

I am reading and trying to understand the process after NOA2 as much as possible.

I read through my embassy page for more precise dateline , need some help.

To my understanding Packet 3 is the letter we receive from our embassy stating what all forms need to be submitted and then you need to submit all these . What is packet 4 then?

I apologize upfront if my questions are dumb, but I am getting very confused.

I specifically ask @Naes and @GREENHAUS  . Thanks to both in advance.

Some Embassy's refer to P3 as the letter from them outlining what is needed for the interview. P4 is not used that often with the K1 visa but more for CR1 visa. P4 is normally the return of all information that you completed from P3. Again this is all Embassy specific and may not be relavent to you/Embassy.

The country you enter in your profile is the country to which your Embassy is located in not where you live unless one in the same. That is doubtful that you live in the same country :D

I wrote letter to embassy, they said its valid up to one year, except from country of residence. So the one from where you live should be not long time ago before interview.

I wonder what they mean by not too long time ago... I’ve got mine in March but the interview can’t happen till July it’s exactly, 4 months...I wonder if this is recent enough....

Can any one help me on below query ?

1. Do I need to get I-134 from US petitioner for K1 visa interview, does it need to be signed in original?

2. Can K1 beneficiary allowed to Call NVC to get number, do they send email after I call them or they do not track it?

1. Yes, the I-134 AND the new letter reconfirming their desire to marry you still (yes you submit a new one, again) both must be "wet" aka signed in ink thus snail mailed from the petitioner to beneficiary or picked up in person for the beneficiary to take to the interview.

2. Yes either the petitioner or the beneficiary can call NVC to get approval number. All you need is your original application number and both of your full names and DOB's.

I am not sure what you mean by "do they send email after I call them or they do not track it?"

"Email" concerning what?

"Track" what?

Exact answer was this:

For the visa processing, police certificates remain valid for one year from the date of issue.

And on the web site says the same,up to 12 month, except from place where you reside, from there is should be more recent but doesnt say any time. I decided to make one more Polish when im gonna know date of interview. Its 20 mins deal here and cost 5 eur, not like British one, it cost me 45 GBP (but looks so beautiful and professional 😊 ) i would be surprised if it would look like Polish for that money 😊

No they dont. You have to call them (and keep calling) yourself.
