I couldn't even catch the girl's name this time... then she said give it 6 weeks... and I was like "SURE...." if I said this "sure" to my fiance he would roll his eyes...

I was looking at your timeline and I noticed that you didn't put in when you sent the RFE back. I just sent mine back overnight yesterday. How long did it take from RFE to NOA 2 for you?

To be honest I don't get it either .... #5 doesn't make any sense when I listen to it and #7 just says "if you need further information regarding your case press 7" or something very similar. So I always press 7 and I immediately get through. The very first time I called the non-immigrant number ( I actually thought that's what the K1 visa is but apparently at NVC its different?!) and I also got through and was able to speak to a very nice lady on the phone

I will do the next call at 3:45 pm time in Dominican Republic and the last call at 10:00 pm

I just did my second call to nvc and they received my case.... now  I have to weit 8 weeks for my case number 😂😂😂 for me 8 weeks is like 3 or two hour

Why do you say for you it's 3 or 2 hours? I haven't seen it take that long for anyone. Usually seems to take about 2 weeks from what I could tell lately.

They received my case today... the girl told me that now I have to wait 8 weeks for my new case number to be assigned but you don’t have to weit 8 weeks is just like 3 hour because is a I129f perition
