What to do after NOA2:

Spoiler

After USCIS approves the petition, it is sent to the National Visa Center (NVC). The NVC will assign you a case number and send your petition to the U.S. Embassy or Consulate where your fiancé(e) lives.

The NVC will mail/email you a letter when it sends your fiancé(e) case to the U.S. Embassy or Consulate. Once you receive this letter, inform your fiancé(e) to take the below-listed actions to apply for a K-1 visa and prepare for the interview.

Do anyone knows if we can pay for our fiances visa from US

Yea you can. You can use a credit card for payment if the embassy allows it. Check if the embassy has a website.

USCIS NEW WEBSITE? NO!

You will have to call NVC ( +1 603-334-0700 ) after 7-14 days for your case #, which you check up your case status on their website.

 https://ceac.state.gov/ceacstattracker/status.aspx

If you wish not to call, you can wait for their email/mail, as they send an email/mail bearing the case # to the Petitioner.

IT IS ADVISED TO CALL!

The questions are all about the beneficiary so maybe you could try fill it out together while on a video call or something like that.

I copied all the questions into Word and then translated it for my fiance.  I sent the document to her to verify the information she gave me on Viber and then I entered everything into the DS-160 online for her.  When we get ready to file it, I will go over the questions and answers on Viber with her and then file it from here.  It was just easier to put them in writing so we could have time to get everything correct.  Hope that helps.

I just went over the entire document again today and I have not seen where it is a question as to who filled it out.  Maybe I am missing something...can you tell me where you saw the question so I can check again.   Also, the DS-160 is signed electronically, not physically.  Please, if I am mistaken, someone please correct me...I am here to learn as well.
