We're a March 29th NOA2, and NVC STILL hasn't received it. I'm getting more and more concerned. There's nothing I can do because it's "only" been 3 weeks. I want to make sure I'm calling the right number. 603-334-0888 but I press 1 for English and then 3 to check if they've received my mail. Everyone says press 5 but that doesn't make sense to me. Can anyone elaborate?

Are any of you that are going on 3 weeks since NOA2 calling USCIS to see if they've sent it yet? I'm noticing they're falling behind again. I haven't even bothered calling because I literally just got my approval April 12th (paper) and April 13th (online). I know there's no chance my case number has been assigned yet but why in the world is it taking so long again? Not trying to sound like a smart ###. The NVC stage is completely new to me.

I haven't called USCIS because NVC keeps telling me to wait and wait, and I never called USCIS between NOA1 and NOA2. They're notoriously difficult to talk to.

Ok from now on with calling this one(it is the correct one)  and all I can say try to relax (I know it’s not possible much) and remember you’re not alone and it is not about your case at this moment..

REQUIRED SECURITY INFORMATION:

You are required to provide the following security information with each inquiry to receive a case specific response:

* NVC Case Number or USCIS Receipt Number (Place in the subject line of the e-mail).

* Petitioner's name and date of birth.

( NOTE: If the visa petition is employment-based, include the employer's company/organization name instead of the petitioner's name and date of birth. )

E-mail: NVCInquiry@state.gov    I highly recommend you email NVC for the case #, even if you call and get it, this will give you a correspondence from NVC with the case # for future reference.  The email request for your case # is also a great way to track when your file is forwarded to USEM as NVC will not reply to the email until that time.

End of June :o...is that a feasible timeline?

I mean if NVC gets a case number in the coming weeks. I've kept up with others that are from the UK and most have their interviews within 60 days of NOA2.

After reading some of the post I guess we got lucky getting our case # today from nvc.

my nvc case # starts with 3 letters from the consulate is going. Which is BGT for bogota Colombia.

NOA2: April 3rd.

You did and it gave us hope :) because it means it is moving somehow.

hopefully tomorrow we will see April 4, and first get @Mariasd21 out of her misery then the rest of us following...
