@Naes, do you know by any chance why am I getting this message I posted above on CEAC?

Are you checking under Immigrant? Did it show before and now started to give this error?

Yes I checked under immigrant visa. It shows it everytime I enter it, so I've only seen this message.

Hmm I heard some people saying similar things but I never encountered it.. It will probably resolve after a while.. Did you try asking NVC

When I told Gus,about checking the status online,he just said I would recommend calling back about further status info like on a next week. I hope something will appear there in next few days, maybe even tomorrow. He was finally able to add my email also, which he could not do before I wonder if it's really going to work now and hopefully I will receive NVC's correspondence.

Hi guys. Quick question. Do I have to pay the fees and submit the DS160 in order to book my interview?

I love you because the entire universe conspired to help me find you ❤️

Seriously Gus is awesome. At least now that they have your email, you will be getting all the information. @Guacamole said he received mails at every step of it way :)

For CEAC, I just did a bit of research on google that brought me to links on VJ and I can see for some people i worked the next day, others advise to give it 24 hours. I will certainly observe the issue and really hope it's just a temporary thing.

Yes, Gus is a great guy! I spoke to someone else before him,but rang the other time to inquire about email and luckily it was Mr.Nice Guy - Gus! He didn't even ask me the reason for the call, he himself said: Let me give you the case#. I wrote it down second time lol, and than he gave me two other numbers - Invoice# and a #for DS-160. I'm not sure, what I have to do with the second one. We already completed DS-160 and I remember me entering WAC# there. Does it mean I should remove WAC# and put in the one he gave me for DS160,which is something like IVSAP000000#####?

@Naes,well I guess that does not interfere with anything....  Btw,my fiance called Moscow call center and the third person, which was not a robot, but with a normal explanation function, explained that copies of every document from me to my fiance would be fine (Affidavit of support) also, as long as signatures are the same. And the lawyers office is very rude, they said: NO!!!! I already told you,she needs only original of Affidavit from you and not copy. Now my Affidavit was guaranteed (that's what the letter from lawyers office said) by Friday last week. If you say something,be sure to complete it,or don't say anything at all...

lol :D And that is not all yet. "I guarantee" - says a person, who said they had a slow worker (who is fired now),who worked on sending my docs to USCIS and pulled the cats tail for 3 additional weeks, we would have been somewhere very close to interview by now. I'm shocked///and speechless...

Hey everything is good, your case is going to your embassy :) You can use the case number and the attachment with this mail to go book your medical(don't forget the police certificate I think thats necessary for medical in London's case)

I don't want to accidentally say something wrong because I didn't go through that embassy. Definitely check posts in UK portal, there were a lot of people asking and writing about UK process..

Everything is good now, you can relax...I know its been so long.

In general:

start gathering I-134 and other needed evidence for this. Check the K1 document checklist at your embassy. Get your police certificates and any divorce decrees if applies. You can also start your DS-160. you can put together your proof of ongoing relationship together to take with you too :)

BLESS YOU!
