You're so sweet for checking in

I've been taking a break from VJ lately. Ya things are moving thankfully, I've got my medical scheduled for the 25th, unfortunately the Irish Embassy wont let me schedule my interview until I have my medical done so I have to hold out. Hoping for mid-late June interview and get my butt to the US in July :dancing:

yayyyy
Glad there's progress!!!!!! May 25th is only next week.
And please- do get your butt here ASAP

I got case number and the status says "ready". I already started gathering documents for the interview and filled DS-160, so next things to do is getting police certificate and medical which should be done in 2 weeks, right? I hoped to finish this unbelievably long journey in June, so I want to say something to the embassy in Tokyo.

I've been waiting for long enough and tried hard to make it done as fast as possible, but the first available date for the interview is July 30th!? Are you kidding me? Seriously? So I have to wait for 2 month doing nothing???

Just received the email the paperwork is being sent to the embassy! (Happy dance). I will say this journey sure is emotional! I was just sitting here thinking how I just want to be able to pick a wedding date and how it gets pushed further with each day that we wait yet it gets closer, and I was feeling quite down and then voila I get an email at 10:30pm that the case is being sent! Of course me, I cried! Tears of joy and exhaustion. A little tip, don't take too much time off because last night I had to catch up on about 100 pages on this thread! 😂

Attention: Please note, it is vital that you provide the valid and correct DS-160 confirmation number when you schedule an appointment. If the confirmation number is invalid or incorrectly entered, you will not be admitted to the interview and you will be required to book a new appointment. When applying as part of a family or group, make sure that each applicant has correctly provided their individual DS-160 confirmation number when scheduling their appointment.

A little confused here... Where do we input the confirmation number of our DS160 when we finalize the schedule. I already printed my DS160 and had made my appointment but don't remeber it asked for a DS160 confirmation number... @jeyster12 @stat @Louize

me neither, that is actually one of my major problem now because my printed DS-160 confirmation code is different from the one on my printed appointment confirmation, but i was told to just bring the new one and just present it.

Im still confused. my appointment confirmation did not say anything about my DS-160 confirmation code and I don't remember it asking for one before I finished scheduling.... I thought we fill them out separately? :(
