I’ve seen this last Friday, and asked for some supporting documents from my country.

Ive seen some from before but most cases does get resolved. However it is extremely rare situation for my country. And because it is uncommon they may find it weird and not let me continue.

I know how to resolve it when it comes up at AOS but I don’t have any choice at this moment to do anything about it.

so most likely I will move to Turkey and do cr1. Fiancé thinks it will resolve but he said he is ok to move with me, however i can’t sponsor him for Turkish visa because I have to be a resident for a year... so well long term relationship continues hehe... sorry I have to put the laugh in the end or I’ll just cry..

NO Naes !!!! all will be good !

I have a concern too, but I really hope we will not get denied.

I was Indonesian but I have German passport now.

I cant get police certificate from Indonesia as I have no more Indonesian citizenship and nor resident permit as German. so they wont issue any police certificate.

I've contacted Embassy and NVC but all of them said Police certificate is required from each country I used to stay or live longer than 6 months.

I don't know how to solve it. but positive thinking  right now is the only thing I can do. same like you Naes. Maybe Miracle will be on our side :)

so it's possible to include two people in the same appointment even if you have two different confirmation pages for each applicant K1 and K2?

@Naes @Greenbaum I have concern about the chat logs and emails... but since my computer was broken before I got new one and couldn't log back in to my old accounts. I have couple of e-mails but the months are not consecutive... but since last year up to now I have all the records of our chats and e-mails... is this going to be an issue at my interview?

Togo embassy didn't give any specification but on the general information on the website: when you click on how to process a fiance visa it'll open a general information page for you and there you can read that it need to be wet signature and they also said that the CO is going to pass his or her finger through to check that.  see that's one thing that make it difficult on Togo side so specific information only general even though  we know that it can be different depending on the embassy and country. but at the same time, they're waiting for you to do a mistake to denied you. i'm serious

Each Embassy is different for different reasons. Some are pretty straight forward like the UK, Australia or Canada who have relatively low problems. Whereas the Philippines, Russia and some middle Eastern country are prone to fake documents, human trafficking and other such questionable intentions to con the immigration system. So different documents and procedures are required so the Embassy can do their do diligence venting their applicants. Yours requires a wet signature where the Philippines requires everyone leaving the country on a visa is required to complete and interview and be Indoctrinated about human trafficking (CFO requirement).

No it's not going to be an issue. The Philippines Embassy is one of the easiest to transition through. Your over thinking the document requirements. Keep it simple. You don't have to overload your documents for the Embassy interview. Most times they don't even look at those records. So just put together what you have but keep it simple. One or two chats per month is all that is needed.

I actually filled out mine and jst saved it right after my NOA2. If you fill out up to the part where you need payment confirmation, you'll see that it would ask for different MRVs for each name in the application. You may jst save it and finish filing once you have everything ready. As a reminder though, hope everybody was listed in the I-129F application. :)

that is my problem...  according to this video  that it may raise the red flag specially if the months  covering the e-mails or chats that i submitted jump couple more months after the next sets of mail or chat records. Do I have to write a formal letter about this? with the proof that my laptop was broken and needed to be fixed? I am very much concern about this. Because I want my interview to go smoothly but somehow there are problems along with completing my requirements.

OK i think is based on country specifications because here you'll pay at the embassy the day of your interview so i think there can be a little difference regarding that aspect

and  yes she's my only one daughter and she is listed in the 1-129F application

If you don't trust the process then I can't help you. You spend too much time looking at everything that is considered "static" for processing through the Philippines. I have given you links, answered your questions and you still doubt the process. My friend I wish you the best. .

I am just scared that I am gonna mess my interview with insufficient evidences. :(

The interview last all of 5 min. Most times 99.999999% they don't even look at chat logs. Trust the process.
