thx dear friend.

by the way  i have a question regarding the case# NVC and stuff.

when NVC give you a case number for ex. in my case i have my daughter included so will it be two case # or just one  or how should i know if they really included my daughter in. or it's only at the embassy step  that she'll be really taken into action? of course she's well included in the petition. and now that i he the number how many days before left NVC mine is not electronic

thx

It will give you one case number which will show both applicants under as number 01,02...

for example

MNL2017777001  MNL 01

MNL2017777001  MNL 02

I have a problem with one of my documents. So I’m really expecting a refusal :)  has nothing to do with fiancé or anything but we just learnt about this and nothing can be done. So no hopes up here hehe.

if by chance I get lucky I’ll ask.

No! By the power of my big heart in thoughts and prayers, I will not let you get denied.

Hmmm I’m not sure at which step it will show... so I don’t want to give wrong information.

You can call and check?

But dont worry, it is always correctable at the embassy stage

😔 When did you realize you had this problem? Have you seen other VJers get refused because of the same thing?

I’ve seen this last Friday, and asked for some supporting documents from my country.

Ive seen some from before but most cases does get resolved. However it is extremely rare situation for my country. And because it is uncommon they may find it weird and not let me continue.

I know how to resolve it when it comes up at AOS but I don’t have any choice at this moment to do anything about it.

so most likely I will move to Turkey and do cr1. Fiancé thinks it will resolve but he said he is ok to move with me, however i can’t sponsor him for Turkish visa because I have to be a resident for a year... so well long term relationship continues hehe... sorry I have to put the laugh in the end or I’ll just cry..

I just was scrolling through my Panel Physician's website (I know weird place for your answer) but I may have your answer.

NOW I DON'T KNOW IF THIS IS CONSULATE SPECIFIC but he states that the email you receive from the consulate confirming your interview date will list the beneficiary, their dependants and their corresponding case number(s). All dependants may NOT have their own case number though he also states and they may be included under the case number of the original beneficiary.

So you may or may not receive a separate case number for your dependent AND you most likely won't receive it until your interview has been booked.

I already booked my interview and i just used that one case number we got from NVC. I just added my son's name in the same appointment and paid for two as it asked for two receipts. Guess i was doing it right as it was successfully scheduled and i see both our names.

I have yet to check the letter feom NVC as soon as it arrives for the numbers. Have to make sure my sons name is there :)

@Naes @Greenbaum I have concern about the chat logs and emails... but since my computer was broken before I got new one and couldn't log back in to my old accounts. I have couple of e-mails but the months are not consecutive... but since last year up to now I have all the records of our chats and e-mails... is this going to be an issue at my interview?

thx for the information i'm felling much more closer to the finish line

so it's possible to include two people in the same appointment even if you have two different confirmation pages for each applicant K1 and K2?
