i read the same and i see how fine it's working for people here but my country doeen't say or show any information like that and  when you call them they ask your case number straight so any information for me until  my case number or until my case itself is there at the embassy. so i have a little fear on how i can proceed that's the reason i'm waiting nervous and stressed here.

even visa journey discussions i mean my country TOGO side, people just let the embassy review. nothing about yes we have been contacted after tis amount of time , we do this and this, nothing like that

Did you know you can find out a lot from your NVC case #  the first three letters are the embassy that will receive the applicant paperwork. MNL is manila. next is the year 2018. next is the Julian date, (add 500 to this number to get the day of year issued, last three digits) last three numbers are the cases issued that day for that embassy 003 would mean third case for MNL that day. so MNL2018747003 would be Manila 247th day of the year of 2018 and the third case for manila generated that day.

Just received the case number from NVC! They said the case was received yesterday...case number 001...not many from Togo here. Ha Ha.

okay let’s do the recap. Things that i would need to bring to the medical exam are:

•Interview Appointment Confirmation

•online registration on SLEC

•passport (and a photocopy )

•2x2 pictures

•letter with the case number

•sweater (coz it’ll be cold)

 

I dont have any immunization or previous medical records so, aside from those am I missing anything? let me know 😊
