Its ok... I'm in the same boat, they received our case on May 7th, still no number. Why does it take so long to generate some darn numbers... I can generate a 12 digit number in my head in like... err 5 seconds. B-)

Is your case electronic too?

Guys,I was just wondering (a little nervous). Could someone clarify,if I have to send all necessary document to fiancee via mail carrier,or can I do it by email? Lawyer says, I have to use DHL or something like that. Basically all documents are copies.
On the other side, I heard that I just need Affidavit of Support with my signature and Letter of Intent to have signature as well. Can those be copies sent by email as well?

Thank you very much

@Naes, @Greenbaum

This is something I've been thinking about and I don't know if anyone is in the same situation so I'll post rather than sending you a private msg.

My petitioner maybe moving and changing jobs inbetween our NOA2 and the interview.

Filling out the I134 is going to be difficult as per his address and employer info until we know if the change will happen.

I am going to visit him next week and was wanting to collect the I134 rather than having him mail it to me as the signature needs to be "wet".

Do you think it's feasible that I just get him to print the signature page and sign the declaration on the I134, and then later when we find out info I can just print an "unoriginal" copy of the other pages?

It makes sense in my head but I don't want it to cause problems.

Also I'm going to get him to sign a post dated Letter of Intent for around the time of our interview so I have a wet signature copy of that too.

Thoughts? so I can clear my head of what I need to accomplish while I'm there...

Scanned copy is just fine. Uscis changed its signature guidelines and there’s nothing about a wet signature :) (note that this does not apply to petitions but I-134 is ok)

im trying to find the link to send but it’s 5:40 am... I’m already out and I still need sleep... but I’ll tag you when I find it :)

Well, I just called NVC to see if they could tell me why London hasn't got my case they told me no sorry I'd have to contact the embassy at this point which is pretty much damn near impossible on the phone. I honestly just want to cry right now. I see all these others case that are literally "ready" within days of going "in transit". We've already got his medical and interview scheduled. I feel helpless...but "Gus" with NVC was actually very nice about the entire thing.

Yay! Thanks @Naes

I'll ask one more question but answer me after you've slept silly woman. I'm in no rush.

What about the Letter of Intent. It still has to be a wet signature right?
