Yes! And now I decided to go back to Turkey so I need to schedule medical and interview to decide on my dates and get a ticket...

My fiance moved to different address too and im  nervous because i dont want them to sent letter to old address,yes everything is so complicated

is April 3 your noa2 online or on paper?

Not the paper. I meant NVC counts from online that’s why I asked. They received up to April 2 as far as we know so it will be soon it just became 15 days in their eyes.

 

However the wait wait time changes if your embassy accepts digital or old system too.

 

(oh but believe me I’m frustrated and waiting too)

You can’t.

 

but when you call them, the date they have on file is the one on the online update.

I am seeing some difference between the contents in NOA2 letter. Some clearly stated that the visa petition is sent to NVC as well as the approximate processing time. However, my notice didn't mention NVC at all. It said the petition has been forwarded to the listed consulate, and I should contact the consulate if I have questions. 

 

Just curious about this discrepancy. Maybe one of them is an older version of NOA2.

All is sent to NVC. That is just a wording but it always goes to NVC first.

 

Source: (we had this discussion in June and compared a lot) you are right we also concluded one of them must be an older version.
