Excuse me guys,I heard it not once already. What do you mean "updated" letter of intent? Can it be the same letter we sent to USCIS?  I have not heard the need to bring this letter in. I believe it does not list it anywhere. So confused now. I should send to my fiancee my updated letter of intent also along with other documents? So she needs to bring two letters of intent to marry to interview?

Same letter as what you submitted with your I-129f application. Just put a new date that is closer to the interview. Email it to her with your signature and then she signs her name and now it's ready for the interview. Most times it's not asked for but each Embassy is different. This is the case of you should have then not have it.

You want to confirm that their names were on the original I-129f submittal and that the NOA2 list their names. If not on the original then that is going to be a new process for later. If they are on 129 and not on the NOA2 then you again need to contact USCIS. I went back and looked at my wife's NOA2 and on the bottom were listed my two step children

Thanks so much. I will be calling USCIS Tomorrow early 🙏

I love you because the entire universe conspired to help me find you ❤️

  • Divorce or death certificate(s) of any previous spouse(s) for both you and the U.S. citizen sponsor

Hello.... silly question.... sorry .....form 1040 (taxes) for affidavit of support .... has to be signed?

:help:

Yes tax forms are required to have a signature. There is something better to use and that's an IRS transcript available for free with same day download.

Anyone else here went for a medical in St. Luke's and submitted 2 passport photos? Should the beneficiary bring another set to the interview?

Don't explain anything unless asked. Be short and to the point. Don't go overboard with your explanation.

PLEASE do not volunteer information. I am helping someone as we speak concerning something she volunteered and on the surface it was innocent but it looks like she has been denied a visa. She expanded on an answer and the CO began integrating her deeper on that subject. At the end of the interview her passport was handed back to her with a 221(g) notice. When you get handed your passport 98% of the time your K-1 visa is DEAD. I have stated this 3 times now. You can chose to ignore the warning and beware your on your own.

Hi! What do you mean by she offered up info that was seemingly innocent. Can you offer more info/context about this situation? Thanks! 😊

It's more about not giving a long drawn out answer then what the other said. Give short concise answers to the CO's question. Be confident in your answers and look them in the eyes when answering the questions.

Don't need to bring more as the ones you give at the medical go with your med results to USEM. Be safe and bring extras to the interview.
