thank you :)  by the way do we need both of our updated letter of intent? for my fiance(U.S. Petitioner) and me the beneficiary.

Excuse me guys,I heard it not once already. What do you mean "updated" letter of intent? Can it be the same letter we sent to USCIS?  I have not heard the need to bring this letter in. I believe it does not list it anywhere. So confused now. I should send to my fiancee my updated letter of intent also along with other documents? So she needs to bring two letters of intent to marry to interview?

if you put how much life insurance policy is for Form I-134 do you need to have proof that will support that information?

It's just okay to have it as an 'extra'.

It's the same letter of intent to marry submitted to USCIS, but with a date close to the Interview Date.

@ChuAni what about the "Eligibility Letter"? do I need that as well? who is gonna receive that is it me the Beneficiary or my Fiancee(U.S. Petitioner)?

Embassy Letter - The embassy has finally started to use email to send out the "eligibility letter".   Most don't receive it, or receive it after they have completed the interview process using the guide on this website.

When you get the letter from NVC stating the MNL #, scan and email a copy to your fiancée to bring to St. Luke's.  Or simply forward the email from NVC with the MNL # to your fiancée. Or once you schedule the interview online and get the confirmation email from the embassy, bring copies of it to SLEC for the medical.

Make sure to print three copies of the interview confirmation letter/page (if you scheduled online) as you will need two for St. Luke's, and one for the embassy.

I  got the approval on NOA2 April 30 but on the  letter doesn’t say my Child name ( wich was applying with me) it only say my name. I’m just wondering if that’s normal

I love you because the entire universe conspired to help me find you ❤️

HAS anyone here recently had their medical at Knightsbridge London? I have a few questions regarding documents I need to bring with me. I’ve heard just now I need to bring a printout of my medical summary from my GP and also Vaccination records with original certification. I’m not sure what original certifications even means ? I have a print out from a doctor but that is all.

I was was going to go ahead and book my medical tomorrow so now I’m a bit bummed out as I don’t have these.

Any help greatly appreciated. Thanks !

Form I-134 Question:

Part 3 Question 22a and 26a.  22a asks about previously submitted Affidavits of Support. Does this count the previous marriage for my fiancee even if its 8years ago? need a hand over this one please.

If the form asked for some information YOU MUST provide what they are asking or face being declined at the Embassy Interview. Don't take this process lightly. Regardless if you think the information is meaningless YOU MUST provide the information.

I'm helping someone now who made an innocent mistake in volunteering some information and the CO began interrogating her and whether the CO misunderstood the circumstances or not she will probably be denied her K-1 visa as her passport was returned to her at the conclusion of the interview.

I have spoke many times in this thread of what to do and not do, what to look for and what can get you in a denial but, you can chose to ignore my experience and process your visa the way you see fit or listen and put in play and have a better chance at an approval.

Toward the bottom of the letter it should list those who are traveling with you. If none appear than you should contact USCIS or your Embassy if they have the file.

hi guys... I made a check list of the documents that my fiancee needs to send me through snail mail I am not sure if I am getting all of them right???

ALL ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS:

1. NOA-1 This you don't need.

2. NOA-2 This you don't need.

3. BIRTH CERTIFICATE Copy is fine

4. TAX RETURN TRANSCRIPTS  for 2017 only

5. W-2 for 2017 only

6. CERTIFICATE OF  EMPLOYMENT LETTER

7. PAY STABS

8. I-134 Affidavit of Support

9. Letter of intent

Am I missing anything?

Sending them snail mail to the PI is dangerous as most mail never arrives or it arrives months from now.

The Petitioner can email you a copy of his birth certificate.

Beneficiary - BIRTH CERTIFICATE / MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE (if applicable). Must be issued on security paper by the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA), formerly NSO (NOT from the Local Civil Registry Office). You may call the PSA Information Center at (02) 737-1111 or visit their website http://www.census.gov.ph for further information.

You want to confirm that their names were on the original I-129f submittal and that the NOA2 list their names. If not on the original then that is going to be a new process for later. If they are on 129 and not on the NOA2 then you again need to contact USCIS. I went back and looked at my wife's NOA2 and on the bottom were listed my two step children
