Form I-134 Question:

Part 3 Question 22a and 26a.  22a asks about previously submitted Affidavits of Support. Does this count the previous marriage for my fiancee even if its 8years ago? need a hand over this one please.

hi guys... I made a check list of the documents that my fiancee needs to send me through snail mail I am not sure if I am getting all of them right???

ALL ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS:

1. NOA-1

2. NOA-2

3. BIRTH CERTIFICATE

4. TAX RETURN TRANSCRIPTS

5. W-2

6. CERTIFICATE OF EMPLOYMENT

7. PAY STABS

Am I missing anything?

I believe the letter of intent (to marry) needs a wet signature. But I don’t believe NOA1 & 2 are required because it’s already in their system. (Someone correct me if I’m wrong )

Hi! Do you know how many day change from transit to ready? Or after we do ds-160? Thank for your kindness

It could be a day. Average of 1-5 days. DS-160 is different. You fill it out, sign, submit and print out the Confirmation page.

I have a question

My wife receive a letter in mail that uscis approve  the case on 25april and it's send to nvc.

Then my wife called uscis after a week and they said we senda ur case to nvc on 26april now I checked the website and it says that case was send to nvc on 11 May.

I'm confused now that when they send the case.

Does this happens to anybody?

@ChuAni what about the "Eligibility Letter"? do I need that as well? who is gonna receive that is it me the Beneficiary or my Fiancee(U.S. Petitioner)?

I believe US Embassy, Manila (Phillipines) requires Certificate Of No Marriage (CENOMAR) from K-1 Visa Applicants. So, you need one.

🤔

What website?

Are you for K-1 or Cr-1?

Anyways, you should contact NVC via +1 603-334-0700 to ask for your case number and if Cr-1, most of the documentation occurs at the NVC Stage.
