I have also ticked no and explain that I have lost my doumentation due to natural disaster. Is that okay? I have already submitted my ds 160 form

You should get that document from your medical at the exam.

As youve already submitted i believe you can explain you misunderstood and the documentation is in your medical at the interview. Either way you have to have documentation for it, I believe you can ask to the clinic that was assigned.

Called NVC and this time they said something different. Until yesterday, They said they are still reviewing it which means administrative processing. Today, they said they’re doing final touches filling into their system before sending to the embassy. (Electronic case)

Hope it changes to In Transit soon!

@Naes thank you so much, i called NVC again and i spoke to Angus again. That guy really knows what he is doing when it comes to explaining. He said my case was electronic. And it will be sent here to Johannesburg, South Africa electronically. I have finished the DS160 but I don’t have a qualified passport photo so I’ll go get one later in the morning today. Is it the same dimension for the ds160 and the photo i have to go with to the interview?

Thanks @Lyna Dy

hi..... I think ... you need "2" DS160 ...one for you and one for your son.

Embassy told me... we are 3.... and I need 3 DS160

I read this and now I'm confused.. :wacko::)

Third, the new DS-160 offers a family and group feature, so there is no need to fill in identical data more than once when completing visa applications for others in an applicant’s family or group.

That’s nice :) electronic will go in transit rather quickly! (Yes angus was one of the nicest I talked to too!)

and yes the picture has the same rules as the one asked for the visa to take to the interview.

Each applicant applying for a fiancée visa - including children - must have their own DS-160 visa application*.

Thank you so much! We have received our case number today and I have already submitted my ds 160 form. Would you know how to set up an appointment? I’m in the Philippines.

http://www.visaconnection-philippines.com/k-1-visa-application.html

If you follow everything contained in that website you will have less stress because you'll know what to do, when to do it, the documents you'll need to do it and links to find the documents to do for it. Ask your specific question in the sub forum for the Philippines here http://www.visajourney.com/forums/forum/129-philippines/ as the ones who are here are facing there own challenges in their country and really don't have a handle on what needs to be completed for the process for the Philippines.

"Once the initial petition is approved for the fiancé by USCIS, it will be necessary to submit a separate DS 160 form for each child who needs a visa in order to travel to the US with the Fiance."
