well they said it’s okay to do that. I was planning to do the medical too coz i think its much safer that way but on the other side, the earliest available date for interviews will continue to move so if you are looking for the earliest date then maybe you should book interview appointment too. If not then you should relax 😊, based on everything ive read here you are still on track.

i got you confused too 😅 im sorry if i worry you about that.

No worries :):):)  ...I am going to re-do my medical online registration after paying for the MRV FEE... the reason I panic was I already booked online for my hotel for Medical Examination Trip... but according to @stat I can book another appointment for the medical... so I am planning to do it next week I hope... as soon as I paid the MRV FEE I will book online for my Visa Interview... and while waiting I am gathering all the documents needed for everything tomorrow and till Friday... I mean the time hear in the Philippines... and it is just right timing coz I plan to go on Monday at SLEC but : http://www.slec.ph/#

You dont have to rebook anything because SLEC accept walk ins. The first online registration can still be used for another date.

Just wanted to make sure I am getting everything in order for the I134:

1.i134 form

2. Paychecks from last 3 months

3. Employer letter verifying you are working, salary, etc.

4. Bank statements showing accounts

5. Tax Transcripts for past 3 years  (retrieved online on IRS Website )

6. W-2s from past 3 years

Am I missing anything?

Yes, for the interview that is required. I was asking specifically for the I134. Gotta show the government we can afford to keep our honeys happy :P

@stat @Greenbaum I already did online Registration for medical examination for SLEC and planning to go this Monday to do that. While I was filling for the online registration form they asked for the interview date but i left it blank coz i don't have it yet that time that i register for medical exam our status was "In Transit" I don't know if i did the right thing or i messed up :(. Our status just change today from "In Transit" to "Ready"

No you didn't mess up. Remember that you need one or the other documents that I posted. So either the NVC Letter or screen shot of your scheduled interview.

I already sent my DS-160 the time that our case status at NVC was "In Transit" Hope there is no problem with that... when paying for the MRV Fee is there sort of thing I need to do or say at the bank teller or are there any other requirements I need to bring with me aside from the payment?

when you arrive at the bank get your # from the machine type us visa, and it will appear there all the us visa so you choose the k1 visa. bring your passport with you.
