Hopefully soon. When I called and dialed 7 I was told my case was electoning and I needed to call and dial 5, same as @DPP123. Max picked up the phone the second time around and told me it’s there but it may take up to 6 weeks for it to be processed. Thanked him , and will probably call tomorrow again to see if there is progress.

So my case is electronic and is currently in transit. Can someone explain to me exactly what electronic means? Does it mean I will get my packet from the us embassy in London sooner?

London embassy will most likely get your packet sooner. So indirectly it may mean you’ll get your packet sooner too.

 

it means your petition is not sent through post office or ups etc. it is sent electronically to your embassy.

         i wanted to ask if how can i view my ds 160 whoe data page.I keepin touch with google and ive read you can retrieve and create nwlew application just dont submit it. i just want to check the details.you think it's ok to do that?

You can just create one and start filling and see the questions.

 

however if you didn’t back it up before submitting, I am not sure if you can see what you wrote afterwords(I was stupid enough to forget backup and can’t find how to view my application that I’ve already submitted)

 

in other words if theres there’s a way to see whole data on ds-160 somebody tell me too

Well that depends on the embassy (I hate saying this and that every embassy seems different...)

 

normally people say to at least wait till it says ready. I risked it and booked before it was even in transit...

Hi everyone, our case says ready today... and I am planning to get medical examination next week Monday ... while waiting for my medical appointment next week is there anything i can do right now? Should i book for visa interview online or there will be letter coming from the consulate here in my country that i have to wait and they will arrange the visa interview date for me... sorry having to ask to much of question... I personally don't have any idea what to do this is my first time doing stuff and have done some research most of them leads me to the wrong steps hoping anyone could lend me a hand about steps i need to do... I would totally appreciate all your help thanks everyone.

@Naes  i did back it up, saved all before submitting just can't find where to check.Found some people in google talked about it and yeah they said just retrieve click create new application and all the info from previous will auto populate.Just do screenshot and do not submit it

We book our own interview in the Philippines. You have to pay the visa fee first before you can book the interview online or via phone.

Ah then chose upload application if you have it on your computer  I think that would show it to you.(I knew I should have backup that 🤣🤣)

 

and yes if you try to create a new one when you start filling it, it may remember and autocorrrect all (at least some browsers do it)

so i just did it, created new application and yes the info auto populate except some which you have to answer again,my heart was pounding when i saw the yes or no and thought i didn't answer it then i realise you can't proceed next page without filling it.lol😂 i am actually going crazy🤣 it was all good though☺️

Do your ds160 if you haven't yet and gather requirements needed for the interview (i134, nbi clearance, birth cert, cenomar, etc). Pay visa fee (http://www.ustraveldocs.com/ph/ph-niv-visafeeinfo.asp) then schedule interview here: https://cgifederal.secure.force.com/?language=English&country=Philippines (you have to make a log in)

now that confused me actually. I thought we need to bring confirmation of interview appointment with us when we go to the medical exam. im pretty sure ive read that somewhere 🤔 so maybe you have to book interview first before the medical exam. Can someone correct me please if im wrong 😊

these confused me too. i know i should book everything when it says “in transit” and that we book our own interview, but here it says interview date is provided by the NVC. but reading the NVC letter we received, theres no interview date or whatsoever. should i wait for embassy’s call instead even if it says it’ll take weeks for the transfer process? ive finished ds-160 already scheduling is the only thing i’m confused about 😅
