Yeah!!!!!!!! So happy for you!!!! Did you send your DS160? If so, when-ish?

Yes, I had prepared the DS-160 before and as soon as my status changed to Ready, I actually submitted it and saved a copy of the confirmation receipt which you will need to send back with the checklist to the Consulate.

Hoping Packet 4 will arrive as fast as Packet 3!

Ohhhh, you have no idea, especially since we had scheduled our wedding for June 15th (cutting it way too close for comfort).  There's still the possibility of having to reschedule but it's looking a bit more positive now than it did a little while ago :)

I hope your next step comes through fast as well!

Just got off the phone with them an hour ago and they received our case. Hopefully the info might be useful to other to gauge an estimate on their case.

- NOA2 4/21

- NVC received 5/8

Very nice! Congratulations. I'm just behind you. April,25. Anxiously waiting.

Hello guys! Quick question. At what stage do you (as a petitioner) need to sent documents such as Affidavit of Support,W2 form,etc...to you fiancee?

Thank you!:)

We sent it right before the approval because of our logistics.

but I think right after noa2 is enough time.

My NOA1 is 10/17, NOA2 is 4/12, case received on 5/3 and case # assigned and sent to my embassy on 5/8. I mean, seriously! We have the same timeline~~~~

Spoke with Max at NVC, they have received our case but it is not scanned in the system yet. I was also told that our case is electronic. Hoping to get a case # soon

NOA2 - 4/19

@Daniel P I just saw your timeline. From NVC to assigning a case # ->Embassy, is it the norm for only a few days in between?
