http://www.slec.ph/us/registration/  are you sure you're in this site? i dont see immigrant nor nonimmigrant on this registration. All you have to choose is what visa you should put the k1 fianc'e visa and there's a priority date there(which i ddin't know before) so if you're also confused about it  check your noa2 and you can find it there.and if you cant coz others don't have just put the receipt date in your noa1.there's no pagment nor date for medical registration☺️

thank you i must have gone to the wrong website all of a sudden thank you for prompt response. I am on the website you sent me now.. and filling up the form

how did you arrange your interview for the USEM in Manila? we just had our notification mail today and my fiance sent the copy to me. and our case says in transit can I already jump in booking for my interview?

Can I suggest this website that walks you through each step with links to the important documents you'll need for processing in the Philippines and through USEM?  Everything you will need is there and it's FREE to use.

My fiance is just gonna go this Friday and Saturday. I don't think you need to book an appointment at St. Luke's, it's sort of a first come first served basis.. but he did the online registration form to save time when he's already at the medical. You do need to bring a copy of the letter from NVC with you when you go, that's one of the requirements. Once your case says 'ready', you can now pay visa fee thru BPI then book the interview at the USEM

SLEC is not open on Saturdays for visa medicals. It is first come first serve and I like your suggestion to pre-fill your documents on-line before attending. You don't need to wait for your case to be "ready" to pay and schedule your interview at USEM. That's the nice thing about getting a visa in the Philippines, things are pretty much straight forward.

Question - so once I fill out DS 160 form, where do I need to go to pay for this fee?

Would it be https://ceac.state.gov/ceac/ ? The choose under "immigrant", then I need to enter my case number and invoice number?

you don't need to pay any fee for DS 160
