Can I now schedule for medical examination? My fiancee sent me a copy of the notification letter from NVC which says they will now forward our petition to the USEM here in my country? is this the next step i need to take to book a schedule for medical examination?

My fiance is just gonna go this Friday and Saturday. I don't think you need to book an appointment at St. Luke's, it's sort of a first come first served basis.. but he did the online registration form to save time when he's already at the medical. You do need to bring a copy of the letter from NVC with you when you go, that's one of the requirements. Once your case says 'ready', you can now pay visa fee thru BPI then book the interview at the USEM

Hi Guys, want to ask how long it usually takes when you have your NVC number to change the status to In transit on the website?

I think it depends on your country and if its an electronic case or not. I am waiting since Friday last week for our status to change. My embassy is in Germany and our case is supposed to be electronic.

thank you... is that the letter that my fiancee just sent me saying that they forwarded our case to the USEM in my country? or I will have to wait for the letter coming form the Embassy here in my country? can I book for medical examination now even if our case status in NVC says "In Transit"?

Yes, it's the email containing your name and your case number. Print two of those to bring with you at your medical. You don't have to wait for a letter coming from the embassy to go to the medical. And yes, you can go even if it's not 'ready' yet. Here's a link that you can check: http://www.slec.ph/us-visa-applicants.shtml#clinic-hours

Nope, the online registration just help save time if you do it ahead. Just bring cash for the medical fee, you pay that on the day of your medical exam. It costs around 17k php

thank you... i am registering online now and have few more question here on first step: which one should i tick is it "Register Delivery Address for IV" or Nonimmigrant Visa or Immigrant Visa?

Step 1: Select whether you are applying for a Nonimmigrant Visa or an Immigrant Visa.

After you select your trip purpose, the pages that follow contain visa application information, Visa Application (MRV) Fee payment procedures and availability to schedule an appointment.

 Register Delivery Address for IV
 Nonimmigrant Visa
 Immigrant Visa

http://www.slec.ph/us/registration/  are you sure you're in this site? i dont see immigrant nor nonimmigrant on this registration. All you have to choose is what visa you should put the k1 fianc'e visa and there's a priority date there(which i ddin't know before) so if you're also confused about it  check your noa2 and you can find it there.and if you cant coz others don't have just put the receipt date in your noa1.there's no pagment nor date for medical registration☺️
