You will need for the interview Form I-134 Affidavit of Support. A copy of the sponsor’s U.S. federal income tax return (Form 1040 or in lieu of 1040 you can use the IRS transcripts which is free to download and print) and wage statements (Forms W-2) for the most recent taxable year should accompany Form I-134. Download Form I-134

 

Job position and Salary for employment and should be on the stationery of the employer’s business organization and it must have been issued less than one year prior to the visa interview.

 

Applicants presenting Form I-134 will need to show that their U.S. sponsor's income is 100 percent of the federal poverty guideline HERE. If you meet or exceed there is no need for a co-sponsor.

well on our hard copy it was the 26th and we're planning to start calling today. good idea?

I started calling on 5th business day. There’s no problem with calling sometimes it gets there even earlier, and even if it is not received all they will say is it is not received yet, and it may take up to 6 weeks. Just say thank you. And call again tomorrow

from where I can find the vaccination requiremnets which I need to submit while doing medical before interview.  do we have direct link where we can refer theme and get the certiricate from physician and submit  it.

This is the one I have been referring to, if you get them from your doctor they will go on your medical records so just ask for a print out of them. Also they are not required until your aos goes through.

Hey sorry to bug you again @Naes, but I'm seeing first available visa appointments all the way at end of July 2018 for the Tokyo embassy.  How did you manage to book one so early?

Vaccination requirement can be found HERE. Keep in mind that its not requirement to bring your own vaccination record. The medical doctor that will do your medical evaluation will ask certain questions and they will determine which vaccinations you will need.

I booked July 9, then were able to reschedule it. Right now the earliest is July 23 and it says 3 spots left.

Actually I caught it pretty early but didn’t see even one opening after that.. I think someone changed their date or something.

 

k1 is only on Mondays (or Tuesday depending on if it is a holiday) so there’s not much wiggle room unfortunately..

@Naes  Maybe you know, I just got NVC number but when I try to track it on the website it is written invalid number. Do you know why does it happen? Maybe because they do not put it into the system or I simply make a mistake in number?
