Yes you can print it out and take that document unless your medical specifically says bring document from embassy.

which embassy?

what kind of difference will using a lawyer make in this question? (Just curious because of PS, is there something we should take into account?)

in my country, the hospital s asking about the interview letter so it semms like the embassy is going to give me a kind of letter that'll show my interview dates or something like that. i don't have any precision because the embassy in my home country doesn't share any information until your packet get there with them i don't even know if i can really start filling the ds-160

You can start ds-160 as submitting it won’t affect anything.

Do you know if you schedule your interview or the embassy schedule it for you?

sorry NAES i don't really know on that but it's says from another VJ member who have already complete this process 1 year ago,  i think it's me to schedule the interview but who knows if something have changed. it's actually said that once the petition is in here at the embassy, they'll contact for instructions about where to have the medical exam and schedule an interview so i don't really get something strong to base on

Ok I’m in the train right now so it’s hard for me to check around on my phone but I’ll try to find if there’s anything else.

if your embassy will contact you with instructions and you’re not in a hurry, try to wait and just read around on what else you will need. Are your documents all ready? Police certifications, birth certificate and I-134 to start with.

which embassy you’re using by the way?

K-1!!?

Every K-1 goes to CSC, unless it's kinda faulty. When faulty, can be transferred to VSC

P.S..We shouldn't wish for everything we see!

Yeah you don’t want to go to Vermont. Cases with criminal background go there.

and most of vj members who write vermont and Texas is actually a big mistake of people who think their case went to Texas because they sent it to Dallas lockbox and who thinks old system still works and their case will go to vermont because of their address.

all k1 goes to California. Then due to reasons that believe me you don’t want (such as DV cases -waivers) may get a transfer...

@ChuAni  @Naes Thank you guys for the information and knowledge. I too would never want my case to go to VSC.

And I agree, greed is not good. Just want to move ahead !!

Thanks again !!

I'm preparing for the NVC stage and am gathering documents. What part of my fiancé's (the petitioner)  tax papers do we need to include in the form I-134? He took the whole package with him when he visited me in March but it's almost a pound of paper. I'm sure they only need one or two papers, but which ones? Is it the W2's?

He has more than sufficient income and we have a statement from his employer.

Which page do I print out? The result from this case tracker: https://ceac.state.gov/ceacstattracker/status.aspx

Embassy in Mumbai

There wouldn't be a difference, I wanted to enquire whether my lawyer was supposed to receive this particular document & since its a weekend/night time in the US I would be able to get a quicker response from the forum thats all.

HERE is the link to the Embassy Letter/P3 if you don't already have it.  Also, you can email NVC to get a letter that contains your case number to show at the medical. Some Medical facilities will except the screen shot of your interview confirmation in lieu of the NVC case number email.  BTW check your spam folders as sometimes it may go there.

Email address: NVCINQUIRY@state.gov

Subject: Your receipt #

Body: Petitioner's Complete Name Birthday ; Beneficiary's Complete Name Birthday

Or use the on-line form

Yes I did read it :) I was just wondering if people from Germany called the embassy as soon as their case status said "Ready"  to give the embassy their email address. Basically to speed up the process in in any way ( if that is even possible) :P

There is information/instructions at the Portal for Germany here on VJ. HERE  Maybe you will find what you are looking for. Lots of great information contained herein.
