 That's going to be a no. Believe it does suck but they don't care. We have a daughter and they didn't expedite anything for us.

Many have tried to expedite their case and were turned down. Others were approved. I say you give it a try. Nothing to loose and everything to gain. HERE is a good link on how to proceed. I wish you luck.

I wanna ask, how did you reschedule an interview date earlier?

just by log in the website everyday and click on reschedule bottom to see if there is a date earlier?  I scheduled on in 17th July, but really want find one around the end of June, because we wanna plan wedding and get everything rolling. Is there any good time to check or tricks?

There’s not really a good time from what I’ve seen (checking everyday) it’s just waiting for someone else to somehow change their date...

 

and yes yes it is by the reschedule button.

But be careful you can only reschedule 2 times after the initial scheduling. Then you will have to pay the fees again. Also it will block you till next day if you refresh the page too many times.

For the medical check-up, the hospital has asked me to bring "Case number document", although i've received the number electronically. Are we supposed to receive an official document citing the case number? and if so does anyone have any idea how long it takes to receive the official document citing the case number assigned to us from NVC? Any insight would be appreciated on this case. 

PS: We are using a lawyer for our case.

Yes you can print it out and take that document unless your medical specifically says bring document from embassy.

 

which embassy?

 

what kind of difference will using a lawyer make in this question? (Just curious because of PS, is there something we should take into account?)
