I literally squealed like a little girl at Daffy (I presume how you spell it) when she told me if I had a pen or pencil she has my case number hehe.

I couldn’t get the guys name who gave me my number.. I was under a bridge just out of the restaurant of our company’s kick off dinner where no one knows I’m leaving and barely could hear the guy 🤣🤣🤣

That's the best because of the location and time you definitely wasn't expecting to get it. I know you were THRILLED!

I'd share the name of the person at NVC who gave my fiancée our case number but she, once again, forgot the name one minute after the call -_-

@Naes I have another question (sorry) it is also part of DS-160 asking for my mother’s address. Apparently, I don’t know where she is right now. She left me when I was 3 years old. The last time I know about her that she’s in a province but I don’t know exactly where she is. What should I put her address?

On the form, you have the option to mark "do not know". You're not the first person in that situation, don't worry

Hi Daniel. The “do not know” option is just for the city and state”. Does that suffice when I tick the box?

Try going forward after choosing do not know. If it lets you it means it suffice

HI Naes. The “do not know” option is for the surname and given name of my mother. I know her name and date of birth. Address is my only problem. So should I tick “do not” know” under surname and given name? Because when I tried to do that, it doesn’t give me the option to fill out the date of birth and address of my mother. But when I filled out the surname, given name and date of birth, it is asking me to fill out the address.

You can type "unknown" in that field or just "do not know"
