I just want to be 110% sure...it's okay to email the LOI with my signature (scan and email)...or did you actually mailed yours?

Yes. It is ok to use scanned-printed copy

I mailed all the stuff to him so it would be a "wet signature". I'm not sure if scanned ones will work...I wish I could help you there. If you're nervous I would just mail it.

You can use a scanned copy. In my case though, since my fiancée has to mail me some other documents she'll also include a wet signature LOI, for my peace of mind ;)

I see. And should we start calling nvc for our case #?

You can, but since you got your NOA2 on April 23rd the NVC probably won't receive it until around May 13th. It's been taking an average of 20 days lately

Edit: Since your approval wasn't updated it's actually older, so yeah, there's a chance they already have it

I second this information. Trust me I was counting people's days watching like a hawk. Me and Daniel have ####### for tat dates. I think yours will be here at the end of this week or the beginning of the next but you can call everyday if you'd like they won't be mad. Out of like the 6 people I spoke with 1 was kinda sour acting.

Jamie is awesome I love talking to Jamie. He had empathy.

Piper and nick though.

just don’t believe in piper on whatever she says, I believe she has no clue... she burnt at least two of us. Nick was passive aggressive and I believe he has something for piper (I also have a vision of him having sandy hair and beard, you know hipstery kind. I don’t know why...)

jamie though, he has emphaty skills...

These names are legit? I'll keep them in mind when I start calling this week. Hoping for a case number soon

Yep. We have Gus - nice guy. Angus - makes me wanna order a burger...sorry but nice guy. Olivia! (She’s in the morning team... awesome gal!! Really helpful. But I may be biased cause that’s my future sister in laws name) and many many more to come. The day they received my case (and lost it and received again) I called them 10 times...not kidding or rounding it but 10 times... piper made me paranoid

I literally squealed like a little girl at Daffy (I presume how you spell it) when she told me if I had a pen or pencil she has my case number hehe.
