Is that message was to me? :)

Yes. Only because you are only one of many here that are completing the DS160 form and have tried to explain your interpretation of the questions which I for one don't think that some of the questions on the form have a plausable answer. ^_^ Therefore frustrating at best.

That question where you put intended date of arrival. If you choose yes its asking you date, flight, and city or arrival. If yes its asking you random date when you thinking you will arrive.

Well I apparently don’t even have that question on mine.. so I’m just rolling with it .. nobody asking me if I have travel plans on ds-160 to say yes or no  (I redid ds-160 just to find it, twice)

@Greenbaum miraculous world this whole thing is, just plain mystery

I need help regarding the LOI.

Should we still use the same LOI that we have submitted when we applied for K1 visa and just change the date for the interview? Or should we also change the address of embassy’s local address? (Beneficiary’s country)

You can either re-affirm it with on top of the old one with date and sign or make a new one with embassy address.

we did the latter, as it was simpler.

I basically used the exact format/words and just put a new date.

Does anyone know the latest NVC process date for NOA2's?

I'm at 12th (paper)/13th (online) NOA2 and they just assigned my case number on the 4th so I would imagine the 13th dates.

I retyped it but it was word for word what the first one said. In short, yes just change the date.

The easiest way is to redate your first letter sign and use it to meet the requirement. Again, here is an example that makes no sense by for some reason the Embassy doesn't trust that USCIS excepeted the first letter. Go figure

I did the same, if they accepted the first one then why "risking" it with a different wording ;)

There’s this Question on DS-160 saying “Have you ever been refused a U.S. Visa, or been refused admission to the United States, or withdrawn your application for admission at the port of entry?”

My fiancée asked me to apply for a Tourist Visa last November 2016 to meet his family in the U.S. unfortunately, my application has been denied. Should I answer “Yes” and explain that our plan is to meet his parents?
