Just a question regarding the 1040 we have to submit with Affidavit of Support (I134). It is only 2 pages, correct?

I believe that depends on the person’s text summary.

submit the tax transcript from IRS.

Hi, I've been doing some research on the next steps so that I'm prepared! Regarding the medical exam, the UK embassy site says:

"Please do not schedule an appointment unless you have received your appointment letter from the National Visa Center or, if your application is being processed by the IV Unit, you have been advised that your case file has been received in the Immigrant Visa Unit, London."

I haven't heard of the IV Unit. I thought you were allowed to book a medical once you have the case number from NVC and the case is on 'ready'.. without having the hard copy confirmation letter? I'm not sure how long it takes for the letter to arrive to the non-US fiancee. Does anyone know about this? Thanks!

If I am mistaken, I hope someone here will correct me, but my understanding is that the only documents that you might need the originals for would be the Letter of Intent to Marry and the I-134 because they need original (wet) signatures.  I believe everything else can be emailed.  I hope so, I have the same NOA2 date that you have and I just mailed everything to Ukraine on Friday via USPS with an eta of 7-10 days.  None of this will be needed until the interview and our docs have not even reached NVC yet.  I am planning on attending the interview, but in case there is an unforeseen problem, I want her to have everything needed.  I will email her the remaining docs.  Like I said, I welcome corrections if I am wrong.

It depends. Each bank does something different.
As long as you have the account name (Yours), account number and date it was opened, and some dollar amount there, you are fine. What that dollar says can be interpreted in different ways.

I was wondering, what's the rush to get the NVC#? The DS-160 specifically asks for the WAC# and, at least in my case, I won't be able to get an appointment for the embassy until they authorize me to do so (once they get my case from the NVC and I send them all the required paperwork). Maybe it works differently with other embassies?

What's the best number for NVC for us to call when we're trying to inquire about our case numbers? I'm not starting just yet I just got my approval Friday but I'd like to write it down.

Can’t schedule anything without NVC in my case. I need it to schedule my medical and then when it gets to ready I need t mail th embassy as my address changed and finally book the interview as they don’t have many dates for interview. It’s different for everyone.

also I’m done with limbo!
