I received the same email today...I am pretty sure it's just standard verbiage.  Since mine is sent electronically, I'm not sure how they could expedite it...faster internet...bigger wires?  This is the first time since my NOA2 that I have received any notification from anyone.

NVC has received our case as well. Just for others reference:

NOA2 date was 4/12

NVC received date was 5/3.

That is 21 calendar days from noa2 to nvc receive date days total.

Haven't received case # just yet. Hopefully tomorrow.

Hi, how did you get the notification?

Hello everyone! I am having trouble with one of the queations in ds 160. It says 'Are you a health care worker seeking to perform such work in the US but not yet received certification from the Commission on Graduates of Foreign Nursing Schools or from an equivalent approved independent credentialing organization?' Should I put 'no'? My fiance (beneficiary) and I graduated as a nurse back in our country and he is working as a research nurse for a company. Of course we would want to seek career in nursing here in US but not until we get an RN license... @Naes @Greenbaum

Does anyone have experience with online banks? I'm working on the affidavit of support currently. I bank with an online only company , I cannot go into a building and obtain records with date opened or bank officers signature. Any ideas my frienda?

I am with an online bank as well and I am able to print out a monthly financial report. It shows my account balance. Maybe that's proof enough ? 💁🏽😅

So far I just put YES and then explained that after he gets his SSN and other requirements, he'll go to an accredited nursing school to get his nursing degree and then apply and pass the NCLEX to get RN license... hopefully that wouldn't raise any other questions
