Well, I cannot move to California until August anyways so...

Then wait it away till at least you see people with your approval date got theirs. Then if you want call them.

That is what I was thinking. I have to admit that after having Noa2 I went like: allright cool, you can relax now... and I did, because of my particular case. But then I see everyone is calling NVC and I thought: maybe IT IS the thing to do and I am being way chilled. But ok, yeah. Thanks ! ;)

My problem: (just to give heads up if any of these applies to you)

Address change of beneficiary (I need to inform my embassy right away cause they send it with snail mail... yep 2018 and I get it with snail mail)

Travel outside of Japan for a month (need to schedule medical really fast!)

No interview spots open till July already... So Unless I schedule right away I may also end up going to California by August... which wouldn't be nice... as I would like to be at my wedding...you know as the bride...

OH GOD! That's kind of dramatic... you're so funny BTW! I don't have anything planned yet for the wedding.. mmm... but I'd like to start planning shortly, I just didn't want to have a date and then not being there for my own wedding, plus fiancé gets moved around a lot cuz work and everything is holding up together by miracle to be honest. Not our relationship, that goes smoothly but everything else ... pffff... chaos is a nice word to describe it!

Oh Gus  he was nice at least... he congratulated me for my engagement!

Now at least you know what’s happening: for @Swissmiss82 she got her noa2 on 3/13, received on 3/23(number5), number on 4/12 I think. And well she probably will have her visa on hand tomorrow...(her embassy was really quick!

However even withot the embassy being quick, her case reached embassy in a day. :)

good iuck!

hahaha who's your friend so far? or do you have a bestie yet???

@Jela Max, Lisa are really nice at #5. Just try to avoid Daphne, she needs breakfast or lunch before you call!

Good luck on the next steps for sure! the waiting game until the new case # came in was insane for me,

but once they gave me that number, everything was going suuuuper fast!

tschakkkkkaaaaaa

N-400: 12/05/2023 (confirmed fingerprints are re-used)

Interview scheduled for: 05/09/2024
