Trouble Getting Infopass Appointment Online

My wife's extension while we wait for her removal of conditions is about to expire.  I'm trying to get an appointment online at the USCIS Infopass portal, but I get to the "select an appointment time" page and it will not select a date, and it will not go forward to the next week.  The blue dot is on today (2 April) and it says select an appointment time for 2 April, but it also says no time slots available.  So I try to click on the future dates and nothing happens, it still says select an appointment time for 2 April.  I click on the arrow button for "next week" but nothing happens on that as well.  I've tried the Chrome, Firefox and Edge browsers, but nothing.  Anyone used the Infopass portal recently with success?

Yes and the system is a complete mess!!! I know I am on a rant here. I really do not understand government!!  They give us a letter valid for ONE year, then they take over 8 months over the one year to approve the ROC I-551!! THEN the infopass appointments are fully subscribed! 

Why not issue a I-787 for TWO years....or is this too simple for the dolts in government?????

 

I understand it is best to try from 12:00am to 3:00am...yes I know. Make yourself a nice cup of tea and sit at the computer trying. I know if you have Chrome, you can use an extension that checks appoinments throughout the day....IF you are sitting at your computer.....
