Good evening everyone,

So I submitted a request to expedite the petition for my wife. I got an email from USCIS requesting evidence. I sent the evidence and got an email today saying this:

We have received the requested evidence.  The documentation submitted meets the requirements for expedited processing of your application. You should receive a decision or notice of further action within 45 days.

I would like to also add that I submitted the petition around January and got a receipt notice by the end of January. I was going to wait but due to my wife’s health condition, I requested the expedite a few days ago.

i would like to know if my request to expedite got accepted or not. Also, what the decision or notice of further action means? Is there any more actions I should take? What’s you advise on this

Thank You
