I am okay with this honestly.

There has been a recent processing action taken on your case.

Receipt Number: WAC1890231634

Application Type: I129F, PETITION FOR ALIEN FIANCÉ(E)

Your Case Status: Request for Evidence

On October 17, 2018, we mailed a request for additional evidence for your Form I129F, PETITION FOR ALIEN FIANCÉ(E), Receipt Number WAC1890231634. The request for evidence explains what we need from you. We will not take action on your case until we receive the evidence or the deadline to submit it expires. Please follow the instructions in the request for evidence. If you do not receive your request for additional evidence by November 16, 2018, please go to www.uscis.gov/e-request to request a copy. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

A request for evidence is made when an application/petition is lacking required documentation/evidence (initial evidence) or the officer needs more documentation/evidence (additional evidence) to determine an applicant's eligibility for the benefit sought. We may send you a request for evidence at any stage of our review. The request will indicate what evidence or information is needed for us to fully evaluate your application or petition. The notice will explain where to send the evidence and will give the deadline for your response. Your application or petition will be held in suspense during that time. If you receive a request for evidence and have questions about what you need to submit, you may call our National Customer Service Center at 1-800-375-5283.

The only thing that I am upset about is that I did mine through an Attorney, well to be more correct I did it all myself and then paid an Attorney to look it over and double check it for me and to tell me what all he would need to be sure it did not receive an RFE lol

I was in a Coding Bootcamp at the time so my time was spent doing that so I can only assume he just sent it as is and didn't look it over... So mixed feelings to some degree... lol

First, thanks for sharing your email...looks like a simple fix...I’ve read a lot on March thread and somewhere here in this thread that sometimes they ask for somethings already submitted but maybe lost..Inthink I saw a couple saw they needed a passport photo for their beneficiary. Keep us posted and at least you know where you are in the process early and some still wait 197 days 🤔

Hi everyone, long time lurker, first time posting

We received NOA1 on 04/18/2018, and we’re just approved today! I received confirmation from the app, email, and text. NOA2 - 10/17/18

im freaking out a bit because the website we used to assist us, rapid visa, says I need three years tax transcripts. I didn’t file taxes in 2016 as a mistake and I’m worried we will be denied over it. My income this year is double the required limit so far, and was 6000$ more than the limit last year.

Do i need to send tax transcripts? If so, would it be easier to use a joint sponsor even tho last year and this year I’ve made more money? Can I just send my w-2 from last year and my most recent paystubs from this year? (Past 4-5 of them)

im so worried we’ve come this far to be denied over money. I have a friend whom is like a mother to me who is willing to be a joint sponsor if necessary. my fiancé is from Brazil.

What else do do we need to do? The website we’re usinf hasn’t been very helpful.

Congratulations, that is awesome news! Our Noa 1 is 18th April as well, i am getting so excited to see all approvals here. Hope everyone from April will get it very soon! Good luck to all of us🙏😇

You should be able to search it in the app store. I've been approved but mine is still not updated on the app as approved even after 12 days.

First off you don't know what you are freaking out about because the information you are supposedly freaking out about is freaking WRONG!

This is all you freaking need:

EVIDENCE OF SUPPORT. You should be able to demonstrate that you will not become a public charge or be a burden on the U.S. taxpayers for financial support. A completed I-134 Affidavit of Support Form K1/K2 Interview Preparation Instructions – English (February 2014)  Page 3 of 9 with an original signature will be useful to the consular officer to evaluate your petitioner’s ability to be financially responsible for you. You should also submit your petitioner’s most recent U.S. Federal income tax return (Form 1040) and wage statements (Form W-2). Employment letters stating salaries and bank statements may be included to substantiate the I-134.

Tax transcripts are here. Same day download. Only need for 2017. https://www.irs.gov/Individuals/Get-Transcript

Since you make double the poverty level for your household size you will breeze right through this freaking interview.

So take your freak off and sit down and have a freaking cold one with me. I'm buying.
