I've checked the old and the new website and the app in the morning and nothing was there and I just checked the new website again and IT IS THERE! I am so damn happy right now! 176 days!

 

Please let me know how should I update our timeline - because the dates are different comparing the new website and the old one (but there's is no "approved" information on the old one yet.).

 

Keeping fingers crossed for all of you who are still waiting! ❤️

We see the notice for RFE in the new site, the old one still say "Case  was Received" just now.

We are there with you. Feeling the same I'm sure. Ive been racking my brain to try to think what I missed. Hope for y'all and us it is something simple and a quick fix.

Yes, I hope the same. Something simple to fix it and done. When did they send you the RFE? We have not the letter yet. They sent it yesterday, I hope get this week.

Same. Sent yesterday. Got,thru to a live person that would not transfer me to tier 2..said it takes a couple of days to upload in the system and say what the rfe is for. Waiting for that paper. I'm thinking 3 days from california to me in texas..knowing them they probably attached it to a turtle or pigeon instead of mailing it hahaha.

At least all 3 tracker sites updates and showed the rfe..and the old site..and new site.. And email.. And text .. At different times all day.. Kinda drove me crazy expecting one notification to say what it was for.,

LMAO hahaha .Everything is possible till now. My fiance is in North Dakota and our case same, California. It should take two days at most. If take more I'll believe your theory about the turtle I swear Lol

No email, no text, nothing via snail. New website isnt updated. Old website had it. I checked 2 hours ago and it was nothing. Now it reads approved!!!

Hi everyone, long time lurker, first time posting

 

 

We received NOA1 on 04/18/2018, and we’re just approved today! I received confirmation from the app, email, and text. NOA2 - 10/17/18

 

im freaking out a bit because the website we used to assist us, rapid visa, says I need three years tax transcripts. I didn’t file taxes in 2016 as a mistake and I’m worried we will be denied over it. My income this year is double the required limit so far, and was 6000$ more than the limit last year. 

 

Do i need to send tax transcripts? If so, would it be easier to use a joint sponsor even tho last year and this year I’ve made more money? Can I just send my w-2 from last year and my most recent paystubs from this year? (Past 4-5 of them)

 

im so worried we’ve come this far to be denied over money. I have a friend whom is like a mother to me who is willing to be a joint sponsor if necessary. my fiancé is from Brazil. 

 

What else do do we need to do? The website we’re usinf hasn’t been very helpful.

Take tax transcripts with and 3 months worth of pay slips. Better to have to much then not enough.

i domt see it being a issue but, I don't work for the US embassy either.
