So I asked my fiancé to do something so I stop refreshing the case app every 30 minutes because it only makes me go more and more crazy.

He told me every time I do it, it’s a day without sex once the process is over and we’re together. How cruel is that?!?! 😫😆

Hey guys first time posting in here! our NOA1 is April 26th, my Fiancée is coming to visit this Friday! to stay for a week. we hope he gets stamped for longer to possible spend more time together then a week. we are hoping he has no problems because last time they almost sent him back because they thought he was trying to immigrate here and skip the visa. has anyone had an experience like this? being restricted time other then what the Tourist visa allows?

I went to visit California on a 2-week return flight with my tourist visa and while I was there I changed the return flight to a 2-month stay because the admission stamp on my passport allowed 6 months.   I did that twice.  On the 2nd trip,  ie before getting the stamp, the immigration official did ask me if we were planning to marry because they are not happy with people spending 90% of their time in USA.

After the 2nd trip I needed to renew my tourist visa and the Embassy refused me because I had "mis-represented" my earlier trips to immigration.   So they would not allow me to do that a 3rd time.

Now you don't have to get too scared, because my story is different.

we booked the return flight for a week, and he is traveling light this time. but last time we planned on him staying a couple months because Brazil's tourist visa allows for a 6 months stay. but he didn't have any ties to home with him and did bring a lot of his stuff with him. the Officer said he had to leave after a month, and had to be in Brazil for when the visa is approved. we are worried he might have left notes of this and could be an issue with this visit.

From my experience, yes there would be notes from the last immigration encounter available to the officers this time.  They also have data on all actual flight dates etc.

Yikes...I went to check on old website and came up with this one 👇

Old website working fine for me.  Try again, perhaps it was just a temporary site outage.  Are you sure you typed in your WAC number properly
