I'm right there with you...194 days for us.  I keep hoping that at noon, I will get some type of notification, lol.  I say noon because I'm 3 hours ahead of California and I figure they start working by 9am, lol.   Ugh...

I swear this is us right now... at first I thought I was the only one being so impatient refreshing the uscis page every 30 min but no we are all in this together.

Trust me, we are.   Even though I know damn well they aren't even open yet, I'm sitting here on this app refreshing.  smh.   It's even more nerve wrecking seeing folks get their NOA2 whose receipt date is after yours.

Yes, I did the same. Following a sequence ahead and back and I saw many many cases same date as me (April,13) and no change at all and changing last number or last numbers all the them were same date... Wow, lost cases. Some approvals, other deny for fill bad the form, other only Case Was Recieved like me. Well, just wait and keep checking...

I Just did the samething you mentioned above to see/track the progress.

I just found that exactly before my last number of receipt date someone got RFE 3days ago but I'm still on Case Was Recieved stage. This is something really sick!! But still there's lot of cases and individually they have lot to investigate. Probably that's the process taking forever to give us green signal. Hope for the best to hear from them today.

Yes, very sick actually. I don't know what is the criterion they take for to analyze every case because some cases AFTER me, with the number sequence even 20 numbers after my case, are approved. I don't understand. I guess it depend on who has our case. It's the only logical reasoning I can find for myself to that...

Here is the explanation to your concern.

USCIS records confirm that the referenced case is pending background check clearance. USCIS is committed to adjudicating immigration benefits in a timely manner while also ensuring public safety and national security. A small percentage of applications and petitions have unresolved background check issues that temporarily delay adjudication. Although USCIS makes every effort to resolve such cases promptly, USCIS is unable to speculate when the background check will be completed.

If a background check reveals an issue that may impact an applicant’s eligibility for the requested immigration benefit, further inquiry is needed. The inquiry may include an additional interview and/or contact with another agency for updates or more comprehensive information. Upon gathering and assessing all available information, USCIS will adjudicate the application as quickly as possible.

USCIS realizes that the constituent may be frustrated by the progress of their case. However, the agency must balance individual inconvenience against broader issues of public safety and national security.
