Did the app give you a notification when the status changed to "Active", or did you just notice the change when you were looking in the app?

My USCIS shows case received so something must be going on with yours

Mine says received too on another app and on both new and old USCIS sites.

Just one shows the Active 4 days in addition to case received

I'm normally very patient and laid back, but every day my heart is pounding as I refresh refresh refresh.  I signed up for the new site, have the app...refresh refresh.  I'm seeing mid April NOA2.  My receive date was 4/6.  😳

I understand what you mean. I read that some people are just getting NOA2s in the mail and no email, text, or web updates. I read a March filer had download the USPS app called Informed Delivery. What it does is after 3 days of downloading it and signing up, it will scan all your snail mail and email you the photos in the morning before you get the mail that day so you know what’s being delivered. So I feel like a crazy hamster starting each day checking that app, then the websites all throughout the day...refresh refresh like you say...crazy 🤪 I’m sure some will get that silent NOA2 so be sure to check your mailbox daily as well

Saying this is going to go against the grain in so many ways, but I'm hating weekends now at least during this K1 ordeal, nothing happens it seems until Monday rolls around again so that's two days basicly lost. I know after all this we'll go back to "living for the weekend." Hang in there people.

I have the case tracker app as well.  Where do you find that 'active' info?

Yay to a fellow South African fiance! Your words are so kind. I only hope that both of our NOA2's come fast and that the Joburg consulate moves quickly as well :)

So today I filled out the I-134 the most I could and I started the process of getting the letter from my bank / work... I'm sure it's been asked here before, but what else can I do right now as I wait for NOA2?

Fiance is almost done getting the police clearance and when my NOA2 comes I'm going to get all the additional proof of our relationship together. I guess I could get my US Visa sized passport photo?

I know the DS160 is coming but my understanding is you can't really fill it out until you get the information from the Packet#3.
