It’s do to the person from June getting approved in 29 days. That’s about 170 less the average atm.

IN REGARDS TO WHICH DATE TO USE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

noa1 date is actually they date on ur hard copy. Sadly if u reach the magical 220 day u must wait till 225 to contact Uscis. They use what the new site says. Even if ur paper says X date.

They added 5 days onto everyone’s accepted on NOA1

Hi Guys,

I wanted to see if anyone new what kind of documents will NVC ask us to submit to them, (if any)?

I know we still have some time but I was curious if Form I129F was different process than I130

they will ask u for any, their job is background investigation and address to ur embassy, once the embassy receive it (in the country u filled in 129F)...with the number they will give to u OR email.. you will have to schedule medical exams, after results to the embassy, pay fee, schedule an interview, birth certificate, affidavit ...prove of on going relationship...pictures....Also you can look here in visa journey for your Country Forum...

Would help if you complete your profile...

Good luck!

Good luck!

Thank you,

The reason why I'm asking is my sister filed I130 for her husband and she had to submit her taxes (affidavit) and she had to wait for the embassy to schedule him an appointment.

I guess its different with Fiance Visa. This process is driving me crazy, it feels eternal.

Good luck to you too :)

It seems like every once in a while a case way ahead of normal timelines gets processed even though it's not an expedite (I think this is the second case since I got back from my first visit with Anastasia last fall and started thinking it was very likely I'd be interested in some kind of immigrant visa for her soon...). No one knows why this happens, other than probably a mistake on their end.

As long as you met in person on the last two years and have proof of the meeting you dont need to meet up again
