Hugs sister, apparently it takes 2 weeks to get to NVC, then 1-2 weeks to process and send to embassy, uk embassy takes average 36 days to medical then 2 weeks to interview so if our NOA2 is beginning of November it’ll be mid February for interview and I have to give Work 2 months notice I’m hoping to negotatiate down to 1. Hoping the time sales reduce!!!😱😱

my logistical nightmare will be if I take one or both of my cats there getting them there around the same time as me. 🐈 ✈️

37 days until I see my baby Chayne now ❤️ Miss him so much

Hi Whanlin  we are exactly in the same boat !! :) I have sent my packet on late 25th night for over night delivery and signature required ( I specifically made it to be received at 10:00 AM for Friday the 27 the April 2018 ) and it have been received just few hours before you :) .. I have received the e.mail notification yesterday that the file have been accepted and routed to California Service Center , waiting on the hard paper mail notification .. Check not cashed yet as it seems on my account ? How about you ?

I got the hard copy yesterday. Funny thing is tho it doesn't have the fancy blue header I see pictured sometimes. But we are NOA1 now official.

Ugh I was really hopeful that I'd spent Christmas in the States, but after reading these last posts... I've lost all hope lol

My fiancé works with bands and in late January they'll fly to Canada to start a tour. I hope I can arrive there before that happens :(

Hey Ana. I'm excited for you to see your fiance!! Unfortunately I can't meet him until our visa is approved :(

And we are being optimistic too, but just like @AmandaandChayne it takes at least a month to give the notice to work. But hopefully it will be fine, because I avoid going to Minnesota on winter lol. I live in tropical country and never going aboard even once.
